Calm Down Wellness Studio is a private wellness space designed to help real people slow down, recover, and feel better — physically and mentally.

Unlike large gyms or busy spas, every service at Calm Down is offered in a private room, allowing you to fully relax and recharge at your own pace.

Whether you're overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, exhausted, sore, overstimulated, or simply trying to take better care of yourself, Calm Down offers supportive wellness services in a comfortable, judgment-free environment.

Our studio combines recovery, relaxation, and nervous system support all in one place through services like float therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, halotherapy, Biocharger sessions, PEMF therapy, and more.

We created Calm Down for busy people who need a space to breathe, reset, and feel human again.

At Calm Down Wellness Studio, we offer a personalized and private experience for every guest. Each of our services is provided in a private room or suite, ensuring your comfort and relaxation. Our wellness space includes two spacious four-person infrared saunas, one of which is fully handicapped accessible, as well as two cold plunge units to refresh and rejuvenate your body. We also feature a dry salt booth to help you breathe easier and support your respiratory and skin health.
