-
The spacious design accommodates personal activities like hot yoga or Pilates.
-
Feel free to bring a non-toxic yoga mat or towel and connect to your preferred workout or sound healing session.
After our session:
-
After your session you will wipe down with the cold clothe and ice bath provided, closing your pores and removing excess sweat prior to dressing.
-
You will cool naturally, approx 30-90 mins after your session. Once cooled, you will want to shower when you get home.
Cold Plunge
Cold plunging is all about breathwork and mental focus. Controlled breathing will help you relax and get the most out of your session.
What to Expect:
-
We provide fresh towels, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
-
No temporary ink, henna, spray tans or self tanners are allowed in the tubs. Tattoos must be healed or at least 2-weeks since application.
-
Wear a swimsuit or whatever you’re comfortable in. Please avoid clothing with fabric softeners and cotton.
It's time to plunge!
-
Start with a deep breath and ease into the water. Your body will adapt as you focus on slow, controlled breathing.
-
Sessions typically last 1-5 minutes, depending on your experience level.
After Your Plunge:
-
Warm up naturally—avoid jumping straight into a hot shower. Allow your body to generate heat on its own, activating cold shock proteins that aid in recovery and long-term benefits.
-
Light movement, breathwork, and warm clothing can help ease the transition.
Cold plunging isn’t just about enduring the cold—it’s about building resilience, improving circulation, and boosting overall well-being!
Float Therapy
Pre-Float Guidelines:
-
Avoid caffeine or stimulants 4-6 hours, as they can hinder relaxation.
-
Have light meal 90 minutes prior to float session to prevent hunger.
-
Shaving and Waxing: Avoid shaving or waxing on the day of your float to prevent skin irritation from the saltwater.
-
Hair Dye: If you've recently colored your hair, ensure it has been at least 48 hours and passes the "white towel test" (no color transfer) before floating. ABSOLUTELY NO TEMPORARY INK OR HENNA ALLOWED, including spray tans and self tanner.
-
Health Considerations: Reschedule if you have large open wounds, as saltwater can cause discomfort and affect water cleanliness.
-
If you wear contacts, it's advisable to remove them to prevent irritation.
Before Your Session:
-
We provide everything you need: cotton swabs, A&D ointment for minor cuts, earplugs, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
-
A full shower is required before entering the float pod to remove oils, lotions, and any residue.
-
The float suite is completely private, so you can wear a bathing suit or go au naturel—whatever makes you comfortable.
-
Absolutely NO: temporary ink, spray tans, self-tanner, henna, new tattoos (less than 2 weeks old), hair dye, or open sores. These can contaminate the water and stain the pod so they are not allowed.
During Your Float:
-
The pod is designed for deep relaxation—let go, breathe, and allow your body to fully relax.
-
Water is skin-temperature and filled with Epsom salt for a zero-gravity experience.
-
You control the lighting and sound to create your ideal environment.
After Your Session:
-
Carefully wipe excess float water from your skin prior to stepping out of the pod. Go immediately to the shower.
-
Rinse off to remove any salt residue, and condition your hair if you choose.
-
Take your time reorienting—floating can leave you feeling light and deeply relaxed.
Float therapy is an incredible way to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and quiet the mind. Enjoy the weightlessness and let go!
Halotherapy
Salt is good!
-
Attire: You may attend fully clothed, but wearing a bathing suit or shorts and tank top, allows the salt to directly benefit your skin.
-
Breathwork: To get the most out of your session, focus on slow, intentional breathing. Deep breathing helps the salt particles reach deeper into your airways for maximum respiratory benefits.
During the Session:
-
It's common to experience a runny nose, mild cough, or slight throat irritation as your body responds to the salt. This is normal and part of the process.
Post-Session Effects:
-
If your body is dealing with anything (like inflammation, congestion, or stress), you might feel a bit tired 1-2 hours after your session. This is your body adjusting—listen to it and hydrate well.
Other Considerations:
-
To maintain a peaceful environment and protect your devices, please avoid bringing electronics into the salt booth.
By keeping these in mind, you’ll make the most of your halotherapy experience!
PEMF IR Mat
-
Clothing: Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing. Avoid garments with metal parts, such as zippers or buttons, to prevent interference with the mat's functions.
-
Hydration: Stay hydrated before, during, and after your session to support the body's natural detoxification processes.
-
Session Duration: Start with shorter sessions, around 10-15 minutes, especially if you're new to PEMF therapy. Infrared only, start with 20-30 mins sessions. Gradually increase the duration as your body becomes accustomed.
Precautions with PEMF Activated:
-
Implanted Electronic Devices: Do not use the mat if you have implanted electronic devices like pacemakers, cochlear implants, or insulin pumps, as the electromagnetic fields may interfere with their operation.
-
Pregnancy: Avoid using the mat during pregnancy due to insufficient research on its effects during this period.
-
Metal Implants: Consult with a healthcare provider if you have metal implants, as the mat's electromagnetic fields could potentially affect them.
-
Recent Surgeries or Acute Conditions: If you've recently undergone surgery or have acute health conditions, seek medical advice before using the mat.
-
Precautions WITHOUT PEMF:
-
Pregnancy: Infrared heat may raise core body temperature, so it is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
-
Dehydration Risk: Avoid use if dehydrated or after consuming alcohol.
-
Medications: Some medications can affect heat sensitivity—check with a healthcare provider if taking diuretics, blood pressure meds, or stimulants.
-
Metal Implants & Surgical Hardware: Unlike PEMF, infrared heat generally does not interfere with metal implants, but those with fresh surgical implants or joint replacements should consult their doctor.
-
Sensitive Skin & Heat Tolerance: Those with heat sensitivity, multiple sclerosis, or skin conditions should start with lower temperatures.
-
Children & Elderly Users: Use under supervision and at lower heat levels.
A Few Friendly Reminders for Your Visit:
-
Please arrive on time for your appointment so that those scheduled after you can fully enjoy their sessions as well.
-
You’re welcome to bring your own towels, robes, or slippers if you’d like. Hairdryers are available in the restrooms, and if you need extra time to get ready after your session, feel free to use the restrooms to change.
-
Out of respect for those with chemical sensitivities, asthma, and allergies, we ask that you avoid wearing perfumes, colognes, or other fragranced personal care products before your visit.
-
Absolutely no smoking or exposure to smoke within 6-8 hours of your session, as smoke odors can absorb into the wood and linger in the environment.
-
Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, welcoming space for everyone!
